4. Access & Use of Villas

You (and your guests) must comply with all property rules provided to you, including those relating to occupancy limits, noise, pets, smoking, and local regulations.

You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Deposits or additional charges may be taken to cover damages or extra cleaning.

5. Liability

We endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Your use of the Site and any booking or stay at our villas is at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

any booking or stay at one of our villas,

any errors or omissions on the Site, or

any breach by you of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
